HairBurst: Hearts

If you follow my blog consequtively, you’d know that I blogged about SugarBearHair earlier on in the year…

Now, I live in the U.K. and I haven’t got the money to spend on extortionate international shipping costs just to have something shipped from the States to here!

So, although I agree that SugarBearHair worked for me, it’s not feasible to keep purchasing it from America. Instead, I’ve got my hands on the next best thing… HairBurst Hearts.

Hairburst Chewable Gummies are an easy way to ensure you are taking the essential vitamins to maintain healthy, faster hair growth. We created this product for people who find it hard to swallow tablets. So now everyone can have the benefits that hairburst adds to your body. The yummy strawberry and blackcurrant flavour will want you taking more than just 2 tablets per day but please stick to the recommended 2 per day.

Hairburst provides a different approach to hair maintenance, a professional product that works from the inside out. The tasty new way to improve your hair.

Hairburst is designed to combat the negative impact of poor nutrition, hair products, age and genetics so start your journey with hairburst today and fall in love with your hair.

These strawberry flavoured chewy hair supplements aren’t bad. They are used by some of the Made in Chelsea stars and have been proven to grow and strengthen the hair – leaving strong, glossy and healthy tresses.

I ventured into Holland and Barrett, my favourite shop on the high street, and purchased these bad boys when they were on ‘buy one and get the other half price’. I love a good bargain and have yet to see a bad one…

I’ve been using them for a month now and I can actually confirm that my hair has grown a little. I mean, split ends doesn’t and will never take away from the fact that it’s grown, right?

I’m going to be honest, if I hadn’t had tried SugarBearHair, I wouldn’t know what to compare these (HairBurst) to, so I probably would’ve said they taste good. However, when you’ve had a taste of something good, you won’t want to go back to the mediocre, would you? HairBurst don’t taste bad as such, kinda  like powdered strawberry… They’re just not as delicious as SugaBearHair.

The packaging of HairBurst is pretty cute but it’s no SugarBearHair. The mane things I love about HairBurst (oh, come on!) is the fact that it’s cheaper than SugarBearHair, is heart shaped (I love love) and shows slight results for the duration that I used it.

According to the HairBurst website, the HairBurst tablets/capsules (in white packaging) used in conjunction with the brand’s shampoo and conditioner gives better and faster results. So, if you’re in need of a faster and better way to grow your hair, choose that route instead.

Still, taking this all into account, if you get the opportunity to purchase SugarBearHair’s gummies over HairBurst chews, take it because I still believe they’re better. With SugarBearHair, I noticed more of a difference in hair growth, the taste of the blueberries and creaminess of the gummy bears together with the light blue (my favourite colour) ribbon around the lid makes it my winner.

However, by all means try both and let me know your thoughts. Happy hair growing (even though I’m going to sadly be getting mine cut in the New Year).

New year, new you!

😘

Merry Christmas one and all,

Every year I volunteer to cook Christmas dinner for my family as a tradition and this year was no different.

Here we have an all-butter, honey and mixed herb turkey with nut stuffing, sweet potato wedges, chestnuts and an array of mixed vegetables seasoned with salt, pepper, as well as various other spices.

Top tip when cooking turkey: take it out of the fridge the night before and slather it in butter (get it under the skin) and all the way around the inside (where the giblets are) and leave it to defrost in room temperature. COVERING IT OVERNIGHT IS VITAL. A plastic bag with holes in will do.

Then, a few hours prior to cooking the next day, add more butter on top and squirt honey all over it, adding sea salt, pepper, garlic and mixed dry herbs. Pierce it with a fork all over, and leave to soak.

Once the turkey has soaked up all the flavours, pop it in the oven for however long it takes to cook at Gas Mark 4 before taking it out, leaving it to cool, later devouring with the vegetables and cranberry or bread sauce and gravy.

Top tip for sweet potato wedges: cut them inot quarters length ways and sprinkle brown sugar, squirt some honey, add a dash of olive oil,  sprinkle some black pepper and salt then let them roast for 25-30 mins (or until soft). I included cracked open chestnuts in the tray for added flavour.

Love,

Miamii xxx

Hi guys and dolls,

This is just a quick message to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Whatever you’re getting up to, enjoy it! Surround yourself with amazing people, eat the most glorious food and be merry.

Christmas is a time for celebrating Jesus, Christianity, life and our own blessings big or small. There is a lot to be thankful for. If you’ve got a roof over your head, clothes on your back, food in your tummy and a handful of close friend and/or a family that support + love you, you’re luckier than you think! The rest is just a luxury…

Love and light,

Miamii xxx

Alive: Women’s

Holland & Barrett is my home away from home. I wouldn’t be surprised if I looked at my finances and realised that 95% of my monies per month went to Holland & Barrett. It’s like a retail charity that I sponsor. I’m paying for good health. I’m paying for organic produce. I’m paying for quality. So, yeah… I suppose it is a charity in a weird non-charity sort of way. 😆😂 (I’m not drunk, honest!)

Holland & Barrett stock Alive fruit vitamin chews. There are some for children, men and women. Each vitamin is packed with vitamins and nutrients that help with the healthy growth of its target market. For instance, in this instance, Women’s ones (which I purchased believe it or not) include Vitamins C, B6, B12 & Biotin for normal energy release and Vitamin D for normal bones as well as their unique dried blend of 26 fruits and vegetables.

All of the above ingredients aid to boost us ladies’ energy levels. I must admit that in Winter, my energy levels and the immune system drops considerably. However, since taking two of these a day, I’m a lot more energetic and feel a lot better in myself. My hair has grown too (albeit split ends, we can’t win ’em all…)

So – get yours tomorrow or after the Christmas and New Year celebrations, you won’t be disappointed. 💪

P.S. these soft chews do not contain gluten, soya, dairy, yeast, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.
