Blurring the lines between lipstick and lip gloss, Matte Pigment Gloss has already become a favorite of makeup artists, blogger and fans. These 16 bold shades provide rich, intense color in a flat finish for all day wear. The long wearing formula goes on as a high pigmented liquid and dries to a flat matte finish. Leaving lips colored in gorgeous velvety perfection that last and lasts.

Allow me to introduce you to my favourite liquid lipstick… Even though it’s the first liquid lipstick I’ve ever tried, I’m reluctant to look elsewhere. First and foremost, it’s cheaply priced and the wide-range of colours are exquisite!

L.A. Girl is an American cosmetics brand that releases products that you’d find in the high-street. Put it this way, if L.A. Girl was to come to the UK, it’d be in Superdrug next to MUA or Seventeen.

Although I’ve yet to try any of their other products, I’m hooked on their Matte Lip Pigment Gloss‘. I’ve got 6 shades out of the 16 – and am addicted. Being honest, of all the 6 shades I have, I’ve only tried Dreamy and Frisky… Why? Because I like to use up every last drop before I move onto the next!

Having said that, the two which I have tried are awesome. They are non-transferrable [which to me is a massive win because I’ve spent my whole life smiling with stained teeth], long-lasting and the colours really do make your lips pop!

Next time you’re looking for #lipsperation, choose L.A. Girl!

One of my favourite product ranges has to Nip + Fab’s Bee Sting Fix. This stuff is a miracle worker on my skin…

Nip + Fab Bee Sting Fix Deluxe Cream [RRP: £19.95]

A nourishing moisturiser to provide a “second-skin” anti-ageing shield, helping reduce the look of lines + wrinkles through skin hydration. Bee venom works in synergy with wheat proteins to help plump + tighten appearance of skin, restoring a healthy, youthful-looking complexion.

This is one of my favourite creams ever. I used it when I was on holiday in Switzerland, last year and the smell takes me right back! What does it smell like? Honey.

Anyway, this isn’t a scent blog – so I’ll get back to discussing its benefits… The Deluxe Cream is a thick cream that glides on the skin seamlessly to reveal plump, tight skin and restores a healthy, youthful complexion.

I noticed that in just one use my fine lines appeared reduced. Before you ask, no this isn’t something I say about every product I use. If I do, it’s only because it’s true!

Nip + Fab Bee Sting Fix Eye Night

A rich + stimulating eye cream to defend against the look of fatigue. Nip+Fab brings you Bee Venom which is the latest anti-ageing active for younger looking skin. This will target your eye area to brighten and reduce the look of tiredness.

If you’re looking for a thick eye cream that covers the look of tiredness, Nip + Fab’s Bee Sting Fix Eye is the one for you… It’ll focus on brightening the eye area, eliminating dark circles in the process. Like the Deluxe Cream, this too smells like honey!

This is my go-to Nip + Fab eye cream and I wear it only at night [as advised]. I personally love the thickness of it, although it may not be to everyone’s taste. I wake up every day with rejuvenated eyes that look as though they’ve had 40 winks. I don’t want to seem like I’m repeating myself, but this too glides on really well…

Alternatively, if eye creams aren’t your jam you should check out Nip + Fab’s Bee Sting Fix Eye in the form of a gel…

Nip + Fab Bee Sting Fix Lifting Mask [RRP: £9.95]

An advanced performance gel mask combining bee venom with 3D express lifting effect technology. Wrinkles appear visibly smoother + skin feels firmer for the appearance of a more lifted facial contour.

Okay, so a lot of products are called things that are far-fetched… I mean, let’s face it – who’d have thought that a “Lifting Mask” could actually lift our face as though we’ve had plastic surgery?!

This lifting mask, in the form of a gel, doesn’t claim to give us a face-lift. Instead, it  promises to tone our face, and make our skin feel firmer. What’s more, similarly to all Nip + Fab products, there’s an added bonus in the fact that our wrinkles and fine lines will appear visibly smoother.

I’ve tried this for almost a year now, and I can vouch that it does exactly what it says. I’m not joking when I say that it’s like gym for the face…

There are two ways of wearing this cream, either as a 15 minute mask or an intense sleep-in treatment. I always use it as an intense sleep-in treatment. I lather it on [in thick layers] and leave it to seep into my skin. When it’s all absorbed, I sleep and wake up the next morning with a glowing face and shapelier facial contours.

P.S. if you want to try them all, feel free to check out Nip + Fab’s website where you can purchase the whole range [including the body moisturiser] for £35.00.

The Ann Chery Caffeine Cream helps to reduce the appereance of cellulite, stimulates circulation and increases the levels of molecules lipolytic fat burning effect. this caffeine cream helps achieve a flat belly helping eliminate stretch marks while reducing the appearance of cellulite.

I want to begin by saying no this isn’t liposuction in a bottle, neither is it a quick fix to a long-lasting problem…

I love this cream because it’s relatively cheap [if bought from the right place] and actually works. At first, I bought it because it was $6.89 on eBay [compared to other places online where it cost a fortune] and people were ranting and raving about how good it is – giving it 5*****/4**** ratings.

Anyway, it arrived – all the way from America – and I have been testing it out for two weeks [the length of time says it’ll take for us to begin to notice a difference].

Let’s begin with a little description of the cream… Ann Chery’s caffeine cream helps flatten our stomachs, eliminate the look of stretch marks whilst reducing the appearance of cellulite. This caffeine cream aids us in achieving the perfect silhouette “in as little as 2 weeks” because it’s made using the finest ingredients and extracts.

According to WaistShaperUK, the best and most proven way of getting results is to lather this cream underneath a waist trainer of some sort. Having said that, this cream is not restricted to the just the tummy  area, it can also be applied on your arms, back or legs for reducing the look of cellulite.

My result? I’ve got to admit that I don’t have much cellulite so I wasn’t expecting it to work. But, I’m pleasantly surprised with the way my very little cellulite has diminished. It’s literally gone. I tend to apply this cream before wearing my waist trainer – when I’m off to the gym – and I sweat buckets afterwards. If it works for me, I’m sure it’ll work for you…

The ingredients in this cream are as follows:  water, paraffin liquid, stearic acid, propylene, glycerin USP, triethanolamine, ginkgo bilbia extract, equisetum arvense extract, citrus lemon fruit, camellia sinsis leaf, caprsium fruit, hedera, caffeine, methyslalycite, CI191410 CII16185 CI 42090 may contain fragrance.

P.S. I find that this is the safest and best way to lose weight because taking pills, protein shakes and weight-loss teas are not the best option!

Me wearing my Premadonna Waist Trainer

These waist training corsets have the most slimming and reshaping capability of any in our range. In fact, we’re pretty confident that these corsets are amongst the most serious on the market, outside of specialist medical products. The potential waist reduction is around seven inches for most wearers.

Last year, I received my most favourite Christmas present ever – a Premadonna 87 Waist Trainer. Yes, that’s right, I’ve officially joined the Waist Gang Society! This is the same waist trainer that was worn by Khloe Kardashian – as seen on her Instagram. Well, not the exact one but the same brand, style and version nonetheless…

I initially put it on my Christmas list on that basis that I’d try it out to see what all the fuss was about. However, I didn’t intend to fall in love with it. I mean, it’s got to the stage where I’d plan nights-out just to wear it under my dress.

Most people use this waist trainer as a way of toning their hips and making the waist more curvaceous. I,  on the other hand, use it as a corset underneath my clothes. This sucks in my tummy, giving the illusion of a flatter frame.

Although, I haven’t noticed a difference in the size of my waist (possibly down to the fact that I presume Santa got me the wrong size), I definitely have seen my stomach flatten after wearing it… So, I guess that’s a plus!

Yes, I admit that I have even wore it to bed once because I was that desperately obsessed. Having said that, I can’t wait to wear it under my workout garms when I hit the gym soon!

Facebook is good for one thing and one thing only – friends sharing tasty recipes direct from food websites. Yesterday, I came across a pretty delicious recipe of pan-fried bananas with cinnamon sugar! The moment it blessed my newsfeed was a moment I’ll never forget… I instantly got up and made my way to the kitchen to check if I had the ingredients to make it. Luckily for me, I did!

I followed the video recipe to a T and I’m sharing it with you now. But, it’s pretty darn easy, to the point where it got me wondering why I hadn’t thought of it before. What will you need? A pan, a cooker, some ripe bananas, butter/oil, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.

Start by placing your clean pan on the hob and switching it on to a medium heat.. While you wait until it warms up, peel and chop as many bananas as you want to use. Once the pan is hot enough, add oil or butter to the base to stop it from sticking. Then, transfer your chopped bananas into the pan.

Now, here is where it gets interesting because there are two ways of doing this next bit… Either sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar into the pan with bananas OR wait until the bananas are golden brown, remove them from the heat, leave to cool, and then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar when ready to serve.

I couldn’t wait to try them so I added the cinnamon and sugar in with the bananas so that the flavours could “immerse” – nothing to do with impatience, okay?! Next time, I’ll try it the other way by leaving the bananas to cool before adding the cinnamon sugar. Either way, it’s delicious!

So, what are you waiting for? If you’ve got the ingredients, and you love sweet but healthy fruit desserts, get making!

Again, everyone does it differently – some even add honey. You can add anything from honey to Nutella, do it in whichever way you like because every tastebud is different.
