This mask is perfect for applying on Sunday. Yes, I applied this over the weekend.
Right – so, you’ll need a sachet, a bowl and 75ml water. The sachet comes with its wooden spatula, so don’t worry about that.
Once you mix the powder sachet with the water, it’ll become watery-dough/clay-like. Apply it all over your face once you’re ready, but be prepared to get messy.
I really felt like I had a Mrs. Doubtfire moment with this mask. The mixture was dripping everywhere, so I had to rub it on my neck too!
It’s a peel-off mask, those are my favourite. Reminds me of the times when I used to peel the dry PVA glue from my hands. I was a very normal child growing up, not sure what happened along the way…
I did find that it dried relatively quickly after the getting messy fiasco. Once dry, I looked hysterical. There were dried up icicle-shaped drips hanging off my chin. I looked a picture!
Also, I made the mistake of covering literally all of my face, eyes and mouth included. (I do this every time)
Get ready to peel off after 10 mins. It comes off smoothly, I promise. Peeling the mask off was as fun as I anticipated. I could see and talk again, yay!
Did I feel the anti-ageing effects? I felt my skin was firmer for sure, it was glowing even.
I truly believe that the more I use this mask (making it a staple to my routine), the better my skin will become over time.
Cons? Messy. Almost too much quantity for me. I was struggling to finish it, so I ended up applying it on my neck also. In the end, my shirt (which I was wearing throughout, unbeknownst to me how messy it would be) got a chance to try it too.
Pros? Dries quickly. Feels really cooling and soothing on skin. Results are as claimed. It and you cannot go wrong. Buy it here, now.
