Okay, so.. I’ve been trying to hold back the urge to write this post for all of 30 minutes, but I’ve caved. It’s honestly too good to not share. Before you ask, no… I didn’t take a photo of ‘My Brunch’, because in all honesty…. I didn’t think I was going to stumble on the Holy Grail of simple brunches… That’s my excuse, should you choose to accept it.

Anyway, it all started when I got up, did my whole Winter Skin Miracles morning routine, brushed my teeth, showered etc. etc. that I discovered that I was in fact hungry and had yet to consume food items via the mouth region. So, I felt like some boiled eggs… So, I made two free range organic boiled eggs. Now, the secret to the best boiled egg is to boil the water with a dash of salt, and then add them in for a few minutes, turning off the heat completely (leaving to simmer) before transferring them into a cold bowl of water. This allows them to peel easier without damage.

So, I then got my Ryvita crackerbread out, which, let me tell you… That shizz is the most underrated of crackerbreads. I have no idea why people think it tastes like cardboard… If it truly does “taste like cardboard”, I’m about to start slathering Flora on my boxes, because: TASTE SENSATION!

Anyway, I coated/marinated each crackerbread with Flora butter, and sliced up the boiled eggs on top, seasoning with a dash of salt and ground black pepper… I know what you’re thinking: “simple.” But, effective. Very, very effective.

No, wait… That’s not all. I went food shopping yesterday and bought absolutely every form of fruit that came within a two inch radius of my person, because my Nutri Bulletins are coming Bach, baby! *gets an instrument or two out*

Anyway, I put a packet of strawberries, a packet of blackberries and two red apples inside of a juicer, and juiced them (without the seeds) and then another TASTE SENSATION was born.

There you go… That: is my brunch… That: is the best brunch (until I find something as simple yet effective that tops it). Watch this space.
