Seeing as my Waist Trainer challenge didn’t go too well – I’ve decided to start an altogether new challenge whereby I drink one Superfood Smoothie a day.
I bought a NutriBullet last year and have yet to make the most of it… I mean, I used it last Spring/Summer but I just got bored soon after.
Now, I’m planning to write a blog and document my Juice Cleanse with you… Let’s start with today’s #NutriBulletin, shall we?!
I bunged Wheatgrass, Kale, Ginger, Kiwi and Apple in my NutriBullet and blended until smooth. Before that, I added ice because I can’t drink it lukewarm – it’ll make me sick!

However, you don’t need to create smoothies with vegetables in… My friend lost a lot of weight by juicing blueberries and ginger every night for a month.
What I love about smoothies is the fact that they’re very filling… You can use them as a meal supplement, one that still packs in all the vital nutrients.
